Alfred University professors Brett Hunter and Andrew Oesch concluded their 6 week art program at Bryant School, and the kids absolutely loved it. Over the course of the 6 week program the students explored all different typed of artistic media, learned about composition and color palettes, and really explored their creative sides. For the final lesson, the students worked on a comic book they head written, drawn and finished up through the professors' guidance. Our Bryant students don't have art programming during the regular school day, so having such skilled artists and excellent teachers come in to work with them is a real treat. Not only does it give the students the opportunity to be creative - they also improve their tactile skills!
A huge thanky ou to Professor Hunter and Professor Oesch for all of the time and effort they put in to create and execute this art program. It was absolutely awesome.
