S.T.A.R.S. Program - In Touch Science a hit!

The Bryant School STARS 3rd graders have had the opportunity to take part in Cornell Cooperative Extension's In Touch Science Program.  The program helps children communicate what they observe and learn while understanding the scientific connection between two fields of study and their daily lives.  Each week, two fields of study and their connections will be explored:

Week 1. Foods and Fabrics
Week 2. Chemistry and Environment
Week 3. Fibers and Animals
Week 4. Plants and Engineering

Every week, our students will leave having a better understanding of the scientific principals that dictate the world in which they live, and they'll get to do some really fun experiments in the process!
