Earth & Sky - First Field Trip Scheduled for 10/25 - Rochester Gem and Mineral Show!

The HHS Earth & Sky Group's annual trip to the Rochester Gem and Mineral Show is right around the corner, and with that comes an exciting day of Earth Science Enrichment!  On Saturday, October 25th, Earth& Sky students will depart for the event, which is put on by the Rochester Lapidary Society.  With everything from educational displays to gem and mineral vendors, the trip is always a huge hit.  After departing the Gem & Mineral Show in the afternoon, students will stop at Letchworth State Park, where they'll go on a hike, check out a wide variety of WNY's plant life, and have a meal at one of the park's many scenic overlooks!
