Some of our 2nd Grade STARS students making anti bullying posters to hang in the halls of Bryant School! |
The Extended School Day/School Violence Prevention Grant enables the Hornell City School District to provide programming meant to enrich the lives of its student population, both academically and socially, at no cost to students or their families. This blog will act as a forum for students, teachers and parents to discuss programming and the many ways we can work together to make it as beneficial as possible to Hornell's students.

Bryant School STARS program celebrates World Bully Free Day!
Our Bryant School STARS program celebrated World Bully Free day on Monday, October 6th. With various activities based around putting an end to bullying in the Hornell City School District, the event coincided very well with our K-12 Olweus Bullying Prevention Program. From creating posters to be hung in the halls reminding students not to bully others to acting out different plays that helped students understand how bullying works and what dangers it can pose, the students had a great time!
