Cooking Matters - STARS Program

The Bryant School STARS Program is on their 3rd week of Cooking Matters, and they've learned a ton!  Cornell Cooperative Extension instructor, Pat Lamphier, does an excellent job of providing students with healthy snacks and informative lessons.  Over the past couple weeks, students have had the opportunity to try Pat's recipes for peanut butter & yogurt dip with fruit and homemade trail mix.  They've learned about nutrition, sugar intake, and the entire digestive system and it's function!

The students are loving this program, and the look forward to Pat's arrival every Thursday.  Thanks to Pat, her staff, and the Cornell Cooperative Extension!
