For the past 3 years, the Hornell Robotics team has been involved with the FTC Robotics Competition. For 8 weeks at the beginning of the school year, the students design, engineer, program, and ultimately build a robot of their own design. They then take their robot to the regional competition to compete against other area robotics groups. They've always done well at the competitions, but this year they won!
Their win earned them a berth in the Upstate New York competition, where they will compete against robotics programs from all over New York State. The Competition takes place on 2/8 at PACE University, just outside of New York City.
